Registration

Admissions

We expect to accept 20 participants. We will be looking for students with commitment and enthusiasm for Grid research and development. We will expect competence and experience in some aspects of software development, distributed systems, computational systems, data systems and Grid applications.

Fees

The cost of the School will be 1000 euros per student. This sum should be paid upon receipt of the letter of acceptance.

Fees include registration to the school, accomodation on the nights of Sunday 10th May to Thursday 14th of May included - departure is scheduled for Friday 15th May, Breakfast, Welcome dinner on Sunday evening at 8pm, Lunch Monday-Friday, Dinner Monday-Thursday, a Boat trip on Lake Como scheduled on Sunday 10 May afternoon from around 14.30 to 18.30.

Single rooms will be given on a first come first served basis (date of application) and according to availability.

Travel to Varenna is not included in the registration fee.
